We just received our Mortgage offer and I can not be more thankful enough to Tony.I was looking to get a mortgage next year but I decided to go this year.One email with all my question and guess what quick reply by Tony.Communication was spot on through out the time.Any queries I had was taken care by Tony.My never ended question were even looked after on Saturdays and Sundays too.
He also got me and my wife a really good life insurance policy with even less monthly pay which we were paying before.Amazing. Absolutely amazing
As first time buyers my partner and I went in completely blind when it came to looking for mortgage advice. We came accross Tony Flynn Mortgages through facebook and downloaded the first time buyers guide which was so helpful. We arranged a video call with Tony to get some more advice and the ball was rolling from there. The mortgage in principle was sorted near enough then next day which was amazing!
Tony’s advice was second to none and he was always available morning, day or night to answer any questions we had. Even questions that seemed silly, it was never a problem for him. He simplified every aspect of the mortgage process and made it seem less daunting! Tony always gave us the best advice based on our own personal situation.
After being declined for our mortgage he was quick to sort out the application for another one which was soon accepted! Informative and so patient
I would highly recommend Tony. As a first time buyer, he was very informative and so patient with our questions. He helped make each step of the process of buying our first home easier and a lot less stressful. He always made himself available 7 days a week, whenever I had a query or question he responded. Nothing was ever a problem for him. Even now we are moving in a few days, he is still assisting us to make sure our move in day goes as smoothly as possible. I can’t thank him enough for everything he has done for us throughout the full process.

As first time buyers we were very unsure of the mortgage application process and what to expect. After having rented for years, we were desperate for our own place but didn’t think a mortgage would happen for us at this time. However, Tony has worked so hard over the last few months, going through various options with us and going back and forth between us and the lender for what seems like forever. There was various delays in the process due to covid, but Tony never stopped chasing the lenders for updates and finally we got the mortgage offer!!
Tony also sorted us out with a really good life insurance/mortgage cover policy. So really, he has taken care of everything for us other than the packing! We get the keys in a few weeks, and I honestly think had it not been for Tony, we would not be getting the keys to our first home of our own.
