Process made easy

I can’t thank Tony and his team enough for all of their help. I genuinely didn’t think buying a house would be possible for another 3 or 4 years for us with it being a self employed application, but here we are about to get our keys in 4 weeks! Tony made the whole process easy for us, nothing was too much hassle for him. He was easy to contact day or night and didn’t make me feel silly for asking what probably were silly questions ?. If you are hoping to buy in the future then I would highly recommend having a chat with Tony because it could all happen so much quicker than you think. I don’t think I would have survived buying a property, especially during Covid, without Tony and his team. Cheers guys, I really appreciate all of your hard work

Absolute credit to yourself

We can not thank Tony enough for everything he has done for us. Being a 1st time buyer, the whole process was extremely scary and daunting! But Tony took all that away from us from the 1st conversation. He managed to secure our mortgage even though it was a tad difficult on his end but always stressed that all the worries were his and not ours!

He was always at the end of the phone for my constant questions even doing zoom calls on Sunday nights as it suited my schedule! He never stops! You are an absolute credit to yourself and the service you provide. If anyone is looking for an advisor, this is your guy and you would be lucky to have him, I know we certainly are! We are starting our new chapter in our new home, thanks to you.

We are so grateful

God where do I start!?! We’ve had an absolute mare for months. We just simply couldn’t get a mortgage lender due to another companies error. Despite MULTIPLE meltdowns, tony kept us cool and managed to secure us a mortgage (and save us a tonne of money)! We are so grateful for how fab he has been. Tony was excellent and really put everything into layman’s terms for me and my partner who knew little about mortgages, terms and interest rates. Excellent Service.Thank you Tony. We just received our Mortgage offer and I can not be more thankful enough to Tony.I was looking to get a mortgage next year but I decided to go this year.One email with all my question and guess what quick reply by Tony.Communication was spot on through out the time.Any queries I had was taken care by Tony.My never ended question were even looked after on Saturdays and Sundays too.

He also got me and my wife a really good life insurance policy with even less monthly pay which we were paying before.Amazing. Getting a mortgage could be longer in process and due to pandemic it could take little longer but there are so many thing which I didn’t know and Tony kept me right all the time.Never had any difficulties at all.

Unbelievable

Tony is a top advisor and number 1 at what he does. He is down to earth and nothing is a problem. I first contacted him at 11pm one night in a panic, the property I wanted had a closing date the next day and I needed to move quickly. He managed to get me an agreement in principle, solicitor and I had my offer accepted on my new family home. A few days late my mortgage offer comes in. Unbelievable.

Amazing support & help

My wife and I would highly recommend Tony Flynn! We are set to get our keys tomorrow and this was all possible due to the excellent service that Tony offered. 2 very key points that i would recommend Tony for is his communication and his 100% support. He was always there to answer questions no matter the time and worked hard to get us the best deal he could. With mortgage companies taking longer to process applications in these challenging times Tony still continued to support us and keep the pressure on the mortgage company to meet deadlines. We were not as fortunate as some of Tony’s other clients to get a quick offer but this was not down to Tony but instead the offer eventually came through due to Tony’s perseverance!

Very patient

Tony helped us to secure not just one but 2 mortgages after the first property we were purchasing fell through. It was a long process but Tony was there for us and very patient, answering our many questions as first time buyers. We didn’t know where to begin and were very anxious but Tony guided us through and reassured us along the way. Highly recommend his services.
