Invaluable throughout

Can’t believe it’s been a year and I never got round to this, sincere apologies Tony! My girlfriend and I bought our first home last year and we were so lucky to have Tony help us through the process every step of the way. We knew absolutely nothing about buying a house going into it, and even less about mortgages! He was invaluable throughout and made himself available whenever we needed him. I won’t use any other mortgage advisor other than, Tony!

What can I say about the service? kept in constant contact with us throughout the process and managed to get us a better deal than our bank. As first time buyers we had no clue and Tony helped us get the keys to our new home. We cant thank you enough.

Absolutely no mortgage drama

No surprise to say that Tony sorted out my Mortgage smoothly and swiftly. He managed to arrange for us to settle our current mortgage and take out a new mortgage with a better rate using the same lender, whilst organising for our early repayment fee to be refunded! We sold our house and moved to the new home with absolutely no mortgage drama! There is enough to worry and stress over when moving home, so we are incredibly glad we let Tony take away part of that!
It’s clear Tony knows exactly what he is doing ! 10 out of 10!

When it was time to remortgage we knew we wanted to go to Tony to arrange it all as he was involved in setting our original mortgage up. Both he and Katie have been a joy to deal with and have taken the stress of something so huge away completely! Will continue to recommend to anyone who is looking!

Deserves a medal

After being out of the country for a few years, and never lived in Scotland before. Tony guided me on my two required mortgage options (residential & buy to let) in laymen’s terms, and ensured that I had repayments that were within my manageable limits, and that I could get the mortgages approved in my time limits to save me money on rented accommodation, he also offered advice to me on the whole buying a house process in Scotland (as that was a whole new ball game to me). He kept me informed on the whole process, helped keep me sane when I got stressed over a few things (and to think he did all this whilst in the midst of prepping a wedding, deserves a medal!).

If you’re looking for someone who actually is looking out for your best interests financially, then Tony is your man, I can’t recommend (or thank) him enough for all he’s done for me.

Tony is a great person

Tony is a great person to have on the case for you, his wealth of knowledge and simplified explanations make you feel like you are doing an every day task that you have been doing for years. When I used him he managed to get me my mortgage offer within 3 days which is amazing considering another broker told me they would have my offer within 2 weeks. Tony made himself easy contactable via telephone and e-mail and has recently given us a follow up call to see how we are getting on in our new family home which I felt was a great personal touch

I just recently got the keys to my 1st house thanks to Tony. After having a really tight deadline to get the mortgage sorted and panicking A LOT ! It was accepted in around 10 hours. Tony was great always talked me through everything would highly recommend giving him a message.

Excellent Service.Thank you Tony. We just received our Mortgage offer and I can not be more thankful enough to Tony.I was looking to get a mortgage next year but I decided to go this year.One email with all my question and guess what quick reply by Tony.Communication was spot on through out the time.Any queries I had was taken care by Tony.My never ended question were even looked after on Saturdays and Sundays too.

He also got me and my wife a really good life insurance policy with even less monthly pay which we were paying before.Amazing. Getting a mortgage could be longer in process and due to pandemic it could take little longer but there are so many thing which I didn’t know and Tony kept me right all the time.Never had any difficulties at all.

We are so grateful

God where do I start!?! We’ve had an absolute mare for months. We just simply couldn’t get a mortgage lender due to another companies error. Despite MULTIPLE meltdowns, tony kept us cool and managed to secure us a mortgage (and save us a tonne of money)! We are so grateful for how fab he has been.
