Specialised in new builds

Was looking to buy new family home and had trouble placing the lending due to the complexity of the deposit and LTV restriction for new build! Phoned Tony and he reassured this would not be an issue, as Tony has specialised in new builds in the past, he knew straight away what lenders to use! Low and behold mortgage offer was in the post 7 days later! Before we spoke with Tony, we had given up buying a new build for now but thanks to Tony’s expertise, we are now able to move in and also register our son at the school of our choice!!! Tony is a great person

Tony is a great person to have on the case for you, his wealth of knowledge and simplified explanations make you feel like you are doing an every day task that you have been doing for years. When I used him he managed to get me my mortgage offer within 3 days which is amazing considering another broker told me they would have my offer within 2 weeks. Tony made himself easy contactable via telephone and e-mail and has recently given us a follow up call to see how we are getting on in our new family home which I felt was a great personal touch

Absolutely amazing

As first time buyers my partner and I went in completely blind when it came to looking for mortgage advice. We came accross Tony Flynn Mortgages through facebook and downloaded the first time buyers guide which was so helpful. We arranged a video call with Tony to get some more advice and the ball was rolling from there. The mortgage in principle was sorted near enough then next day which was amazing!

Tony’s advice was second to none and he was always available morning, day or night to answer any questions we had. Even questions that seemed silly, it was never a problem for him. He simplified every aspect of the mortgage process and made it seem less daunting! Tony always gave us the best advice based on our own personal situation.

Amazing experience from start to finish

Tony has recently been helping myself and my partner buy our first home and I can honestly say that Tony has made the experience so much easier than I could have ever imagined it being especially with being in the middle of a global pandemic. Tony has been fantastic at answering all questions or concerns that we have had and also showed a great deal of patience due to the number of delays that we faced as a result of Covid-19. Would highly recommend tony to anyone looking at purchasing their first home or remortgaging.

Tony was great

I just recently got the keys to my 1st house thanks to Tony. After having a really tight deadline to get the mortgage sorted and panicking A LOT ! It was accepted in around 10 hours. Tony was great always talked me through everything would highly recommend giving him a message.

What can we say about Tony and Katie that they have been so helpful through it all. We were very worried we wouldn’t get accepted for a mortgage after finding our dream home. Thankfully tony and Katie managed to find us a good deal and now we have our mortgage approved along with life insurance which we had Tony and Katie help with.
