Very professional and efficient service

I recently used Tony when purchasing my new house. I can not recommended him enough. Tony was very efficient, very prompt not only returning phone calls but also information whether it be important or not. Tony also took into consideration our young family and would arrange meetings and phone calls after bed time which helped to eliminate what could be a stressful situation. Tony was able to find us the best deal and ensure we had all the information which was needed for us to make the best decision. Tony put myself and my husband at ease and provided a very professional and efficient service which we would not hesitate in using again.

We can not thank Tony enough for everything he has done for us. Being a 1st time buyer, the whole process was extremely scary and daunting! But Tony took all that away from us from the 1st conversation. He managed to secure our mortgage even though it was a tad difficult on his end but always stressed that all the worries were his and not ours!

He was always at the end of the phone for my constant questions even doing zoom calls on Sunday nights as it suited my schedule! Excellent Service.Thank you Tony. We just received our Mortgage offer and I can not be more thankful enough to Tony.I was looking to get a mortgage next year but I decided to go this year.One email with all my question and guess what quick reply by Tony.Communication was spot on through out the time.Any queries I had was taken care by Tony.My never ended question were even looked after on Saturdays and Sundays too.

He also got me and my wife a really good life insurance policy with even less monthly pay which we were paying before.Amazing. Getting a mortgage could be longer in process and due to pandemic it could take little longer but there are so many thing which I didn’t know and Tony kept me right all the time.Never had any difficulties at all.

He has given us advice that has been very helpful from the initial consultation to working on getting a mortgage offer we can’t fault Tony at all. Speak to Tony

As first time buyers we were very unsure of the mortgage application process and what to expect. After having rented for years, we were desperate for our own place but didn’t think a mortgage would happen for us at this time. However, Tony has worked so hard over the last few months, going through various options with us and going back and forth between us and the lender for what seems like forever. There was various delays in the process due to covid, but Tony never stopped chasing the lenders for updates and finally we got the mortgage offer!!

Tony also sorted us out with a really good life insurance/mortgage cover policy. So really, he has taken care of everything for us other than the packing! We get the keys in a few weeks, and I honestly think had it not been for Tony, we would not be getting the keys to our first home of our own. Thank you for all the hard work (and many hours!!) you have put into our application, and we will certainly be back in touch when its time to remortgage. If you’re looking for a mortgage, this is the man you want to speak to!

Informative and so patient

I would highly recommend Tony. As a first time buyer, he was very informative and so patient with our questions. He helped make each step of the process of buying our first home easier and a lot less stressful. He always made himself available 7 days a week, whenever I had a query or question he responded. Nothing was ever a problem for him. Even now we are moving in a few days, he is still assisting us to make sure our move in day goes as smoothly as possible. I can’t thank him enough for everything he has done for us throughout the full process.

Specialised in new builds

Was looking to buy new family home and had trouble placing the lending due to the complexity of the deposit and LTV restriction for new build! Phoned Tony and he reassured this would not be an issue, as Tony has specialised in new builds in the past, he knew straight away what lenders to use! Low and behold mortgage offer was in the post 7 days later! Before we spoke with Tony, we had given up buying a new build for now but thanks to Tony’s expertise, we are now able to move in and also register our son at the school of our choice!!! Thanks again Tony!

Fantastic advice

Being a first time buyer I wasn’t sure where to start. Tony took the time to sit down with me back in January before I knew where I wanted to buy and go through how it would all work. I am so glad he is my mortgage advisor because he has answered all my questions throughout the process (there were a lot of them!) and helped me every step of the way!
