My wife and I would highly recommend Tony Flynn! We are set to get our keys tomorrow and this was all possible due to the excellent service that Tony offered. 2 very key points that i would recommend Tony for is his communication and his 100% support. He was always there to answer questions no matter the time and worked hard to get us the best deal he could. With mortgage companies taking longer to process applications in these challenging times Tony still continued to support us and keep the pressure on the mortgage company to meet deadlines. We were not as fortunate as some of Tony’s other clients to get a quick offer but this was not down to Tony but instead the offer eventually came through due to Tony’s perseverance!

Can’t quite comprehend how quickly and stress free Tony made securing our new mortgage. From his industry experience Tony identified a product that wouldn’t have appeared on comparison sites that suited our changing situation perfectly. God where do I start!?! We’ve had an absolute mare for months. We just simply couldn’t get a mortgage lender due to another companies error. Despite MULTIPLE meltdowns, tony kept us cool and managed to secure us a mortgage (and save us a tonne of money)! We are so grateful for how fab he has been. Absolutely amazing

As first time buyers my partner and I went in completely blind when it came to looking for mortgage advice. We came accross Tony Flynn Mortgages through facebook and downloaded the first time buyers guide which was so helpful. We arranged a video call with Tony to get some more advice and the ball was rolling from there. The mortgage in principle was sorted near enough then next day which was amazing!

Tony’s advice was second to none and he was always available morning, day or night to answer any questions we had. Even questions that seemed silly, it was never a problem for him. He simplified every aspect of the mortgage process and made it seem less daunting! Tony always gave us the best advice based on our own personal situation.
After being declined for our mortgage he was quick to sort out the application for another one which was soon accepted! Tony is a really friendly down to earth guy with a lot of knowledge of the market and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tony Flynn Mortages to anyone. Thanks so much again, top class service

Deserves a medal

After being out of the country for a few years, and never lived in Scotland before. Tony guided me on my two required mortgage options (residential & buy to let) in laymen’s terms, and ensured that I had repayments that were within my manageable limits, and that I could get the mortgages approved in my time limits to save me money on rented accommodation, he also offered advice to me on the whole buying a house process in Scotland (as that was a whole new ball game to me). He kept me informed on the whole process, helped keep me sane when I got stressed over a few things (and to think he did all this whilst in the midst of prepping a wedding, deserves a medal!).

If you’re looking for someone who actually is looking out for your best interests financially, then Tony is your man, I can’t recommend (or thank) him enough for all he’s done for me.

Specialised in new builds

Was looking to buy new family home and had trouble placing the lending due to the complexity of the deposit and LTV restriction for new build! Phoned Tony and he reassured this would not be an issue, as Tony has specialised in new builds in the past, he knew straight away what lenders to use! Low and behold mortgage offer was in the post 7 days later! Before we spoke with Tony, we had given up buying a new build for now but thanks to Tony’s expertise, we are now able to move in and also register our son at the school of our choice!!! Thanks again Tony!

What can I say about the service? kept in constant contact with us throughout the process and managed to get us a better deal than our bank. As first time buyers we had no clue and Tony helped us get the keys to our new home. We cant thank you enough.

Can’t find enough words to thank Tony for all his help and professional support! We started our house process in August last year in the middle of the pandemic and Tony managed to sort everything out for us and got our keys in October! He listened to every question that we had and gave us advice on everything! When we shifted our decision he supposed us and negotiated with the bank! Felt like I would never become a home owner until I got in touch with Tony! 2 mortgage advisors prior to him told me no, they couldn’t get me a mortgage, I almost gave up until I came across Tony’s reviews on here and gave it one last shot. Within such a short space of time I’ve now got my perfect house and a great deal. Tony was always contactable no matter what time of day and always had the answers I needed.
