We can not thank Tony enough for everything he has done for us. Being a 1st time buyer, the whole process was extremely scary and daunting! But Tony took all that away from us from the 1st conversation. He managed to secure our mortgage even though it was a tad difficult on his end but always stressed that all the worries were his and not ours!
He was always at the end of the phone for my constant questions even doing zoom calls on Sunday nights as it suited my schedule! He never stops! Speak to Tony
As first time buyers we were very unsure of the mortgage application process and what to expect. After having rented for years, we were desperate for our own place but didn’t think a mortgage would happen for us at this time. However, Tony has worked so hard over the last few months, going through various options with us and going back and forth between us and the lender for what seems like forever. There was various delays in the process due to covid, but Tony never stopped chasing the lenders for updates and finally we got the mortgage offer!!
Tony also sorted us out with a really good life insurance/mortgage cover policy. So really, he has taken care of everything for us other than the packing! We get the keys in a few weeks, and I honestly think had it not been for Tony, we would not be getting the keys to our first home of our own. Thank you for all the hard work (and many hours!!) you have put into our application, and we will certainly be back in touch when its time to remortgage. If you’re looking for a mortgage, this is the man you want to speak to!
Specialised in new builds
Was looking to buy new family home and had trouble placing the lending due to the complexity of the deposit and LTV restriction for new build! Phoned Tony and he reassured this would not be an issue, as Tony has specialised in new builds in the past, he knew straight away what lenders to use! Low and behold mortgage offer was in the post 7 days later! Before we spoke with Tony, we had given up buying a new build for now but thanks to Tony’s expertise, we are now able to move in and also register our son at the school of our choice!!! Thanks again Tony!
Great communication
Just wanted to give a huge thanks to Tony for all his help for getting my partner and myself an approved mortgage! As first time buyers, we were completely new to the whole experience and we were very unsure about a lot of it but Tony really discussed everything in detail so we understood it. Absolutely no mortgage drama
No surprise to say that Tony sorted out my Mortgage smoothly and swiftly. He managed to arrange for us to settle our current mortgage and take out a new mortgage with a better rate using the same lender, whilst organising for our early repayment fee to be refunded! We sold our house and moved to the new home with absolutely no mortgage drama! There is enough to worry and stress over when moving home, so we are incredibly glad we let Tony take away part of that!
