Deserves a medal

After being out of the country for a few years, and never lived in Scotland before. Tony guided me on my two required mortgage options (residential & buy to let) in laymen’s terms, and ensured that I had repayments that were within my manageable limits, and that I could get the mortgages approved in my time limits to save me money on rented accommodation, he also offered advice to me on the whole buying a house process in Scotland (as that was a whole new ball game to me). He kept me informed on the whole process, helped keep me sane when I got stressed over a few things (and to think he did all this whilst in the midst of prepping a wedding, deserves a medal!).

If you’re looking for someone who actually is looking out for your best interests financially, then Tony is your man, I can’t recommend (or thank) him enough for all he’s done for me.

Excellent Service.Thank you Tony. We just received our Mortgage offer and I can not be more thankful enough to Tony.I was looking to get a mortgage next year but I decided to go this year.One email with all my question and guess what quick reply by Tony.Communication was spot on through out the time.Any queries I had was taken care by Tony.My never ended question were even looked after on Saturdays and Sundays too.

He also got me and my wife a really good life insurance policy with even less monthly pay which we were paying before.Amazing. Getting a mortgage could be longer in process and due to pandemic it could take little longer but there are so many thing which I didn’t know and Tony kept me right all the time.Never had any difficulties at all.

Informative and so patient

I would highly recommend Tony. As a first time buyer, he was very informative and so patient with our questions. He helped make each step of the process of buying our first home easier and a lot less stressful. He always made himself available 7 days a week, whenever I had a query or question he responded. Nothing was ever a problem for him. Even now we are moving in a few days, he is still assisting us to make sure our move in day goes as smoothly as possible. I can’t thank him enough for everything he has done for us throughout the full process.

Can’t find enough words to thank Tony for all his help and professional support! We started our house process in August last year in the middle of the pandemic and Tony managed to sort everything out for us and got our keys in October! He listened to every question that we had and gave us advice on everything! When we shifted our decision he supposed us and negotiated with the bank! He looked into every aspect of our house buying process and even got us a better deal on our life insurance policy! Thank you again Tony and all his team for helping us get the house of our dreams!

We are so grateful

God where do I start!?! We’ve had an absolute mare for months. We just simply couldn’t get a mortgage lender due to another companies error. Despite MULTIPLE meltdowns, tony kept us cool and managed to secure us a mortgage (and save us a tonne of money)! We are so grateful for how fab he has been. Unbelievable

Tony is a top advisor and number 1 at what he does. He is down to earth and nothing is a problem. I first contacted him at 11pm one night in a panic, the property I wanted had a closing date the next day and I needed to move quickly. He managed to get me an agreement in principle, solicitor and I had my offer accepted on my new family home. A few days late my mortgage offer comes in. Unbelievable.

Felt like I would never become a home owner until I got in touch with Tony! 2 mortgage advisors prior to him told me no, they couldn’t get me a mortgage, I almost gave up until I came across Tony’s reviews on here and gave it one last shot. Within such a short space of time I’ve now got my perfect house and a great deal. Tony was always contactable no matter what time of day and always had the answers I needed. Very professional and efficient service

I recently used Tony when purchasing my new house. I can not recommended him enough. Tony was very efficient, very prompt not only returning phone calls but also information whether it be important or not. Tony also took into consideration our young family and would arrange meetings and phone calls after bed time which helped to eliminate what could be a stressful situation. Tony was able to find us the best deal and ensure we had all the information which was needed for us to make the best decision. Tony put myself and my husband at ease and provided a very professional and efficient service which we would not hesitate in using again.
