Tony is fantastic

My circumstances and property type were quite unique. Despite being told by 2 different banks it was possible both declined due to the property type after the valuation. The first company that valued the property said there was only 1 lender that would consider the property type. Tony was able to find me the best possible deal available, the deal was £100 cheaper each month than what the valuer said was the only lender that would consider it. I can’t recommend him enough. We can not thank Tony enough for everything he has done for us. Being a 1st time buyer, the whole process was extremely scary and daunting! But Tony took all that away from us from the 1st conversation. He managed to secure our mortgage even though it was a tad difficult on his end but always stressed that all the worries were his and not ours!

He was always at the end of the phone for my constant questions even doing zoom calls on Sunday nights as it suited my schedule! He never stops! You are an absolute credit to yourself and the service you provide. Tony was able to get us the information we needed to progress. Tony introduced us to a number of mortgage providers and assisted with the help to buy we got a great mortgage deal and really friendly service. Tony was able to answer a number of questions and reassure us every step of the way.

Absolutely amazing

As first time buyers my partner and I went in completely blind when it came to looking for mortgage advice. We came accross Tony Flynn Mortgages through facebook and downloaded the first time buyers guide which was so helpful. We arranged a video call with Tony to get some more advice and the ball was rolling from there. The mortgage in principle was sorted near enough then next day which was amazing!

Tony’s advice was second to none and he was always available morning, day or night to answer any questions we had. Even questions that seemed silly, it was never a problem for him.
